Then after a few days the upload would sometimes go down to max ½MB/s for sometimes 1 hour and just be really inconsistent.
Also after a few days my seedbox would be totally unreachable, meanwhile my other M-WIND plan was totally reachable.
I couldn't do anything. After a few days I got access to it again and all the torrent.files was apparently gone...
I think the inconsistent speed is because of the shared disks, and if a user "checks" a torrent it uses all resources on the disk, so your client can't read anything eg no upload

I also have the same experience with support.

I had almost same issues and my feelings are even worse about this provider. I personally don't advice. First days were good, getting 60-70 mbps dl and ul speeds. After 1 week i got 1/4 to 1/5 of those speeds. Client was too slow, for example if you want to delete a torrent of 100 gb you need to wait 3-5 minutes. I also got the JAGUAR with %50 coupon and use it, so i can say price was fair.
