Keep in mind that the 20Gbps is shared with other users on your server, that may be a first explanation.
Now if you are experiencing very low download speeds that may be something else. What DS speed are you getting and how much is your connection ?

I get upto 4Mbps on other downloads/uploads total on my connection, but Filezilla gives me 1.5Mbps over all files downloading. The consistency of speed at 1.5Mbps hints at some kind of limit rather than bandwidth share, in which case it would fluctuate somewhat.

I also have a bat box at seedboxes.cc
I did some tests with ftp and i get around 15 Mbps speeds.
Except if I download only bunches of small files (ebooks or mp3s) where the speed does fall to 2 Mbps.
Have you tried contacting their support ? Last time I needed help they replied within minutes.

the "unlimited traffic" model is a trick.
rather i prefer to pay for a fix upload (which will be higher than that you get on the "unlimited traffic"
providers any way trust me) and you won't get big torrents stuck on less than 1:1
which it is the case in the unlimited traffic joke

Do they have dedicated seedboxes or just shared?
