Dedi is fine (much faster disks) but has less features and time to time crashing. Now testing seedhost also and looks like it's the winner

The only disadvantage is UP limit.

Yes, it is shared. Only the biggest box (red dragon box) is dedicated.

This is true. Now there is that coupon (it also can be seen on torrentinvites.org homepage), but at that time when I wrote my reply it wasn't available yet. They announced it like a day after my reply...
