I wasn't to impressed with their test box but that could have been down to the high traffic of all the members here getting test boxes at the same time, I will give them another shot soon as I've heard good things so far since there fully set up.

  3TB disks (non-RAID).

You can pay either month-by-month or up front. Those who subscribe to several months (up to a full 1 year) in advance would be treated to some nice bonuses, such as:

• Up to 10% discount on the overall amount.

Every SeedBox also comes with the following pre-installed:

• All current major Linux torrent clients: Deluge, r/ruTorrent and Transmission,

I got the Vampire Plan today. From order to payment to login details it took me under 5 Minutes.
The dowload speed goes up to 65mb/sec, I think thats max for the hdd. Couldnt really test the upload speed so far.
The Price is very good (25Euro/Month) for that kind of hdd space, speed and client stability.
Hope I can test the upload soon with timely torrents. I also liked the uncomplicated Setup.

EDIT: Little update from my side. Server still running perfectly smooth. I had the luck to try out a new big pack to test the upload. I had over 40mb/sec peak for 30 minutes or sth and 20mb/sec for hours.

I don't know if we are allowed to name individuals from companies, so i will not, but T from the company is a very helpful person, the amount of time and effort they have put in to helping me try choose the correct service has been out standing. If you are looking for a service that packs a good bang for your buck/euro/GBP, then this is the company for you, i have had the following services with this company :

Alien Box
Dragon Box
Zombie Box

The initial setup is within minutes if not seconds, the GUI is ready to go, I know everyones experience is different, but I can say i actually felt like i was genuine customer, i felt i was listened too, not just took my money and then forgotten. Sadly i leaving them, as i think only a dedi will do for me. I'd like to thank T for their time and effort and wish them all the best in the future, they deserve it, believe me they truly are 100% customer based and not just fleecing people for their money......

I was interested in one of the boxes, didn't bought them yet though. Because I had a lot of technical questions, about if they had some functions on their seedboxes. They reacted in approximately 15 minutes each time through mail, so I hope that gives sort of a picture what the time is how fast or slow they reply.

SeedBox.cc Is great. I moved to them from another seedbox company and I have to say best move every. I started out with the vampire box and used up the 8tb fast. Sent in a ticket to be upgraded to Zombie box and about 30mins I had my new box. They even moved all my torrents over for me. Give them a try. I am sure you want be disappointed.

I used them for 1 week and the speeds were nice. The only major problem, and deal breaker for me, was that the FTP speeds sucked, bad. It could be my ISP or other factors but I could not go over 200kbps on FTP. I tried several FTP programs and methods and I always got the same speed. Bad luck I guess but at least they refunded my money.

Old review ( 5 months ago), it's still one of the best provider nowadays.

Speed

Speeds are really amazing, i'm not sure what they're doing to provide such stable and exceptionnal speeds but this is definitely a plus to me.
I didn't notice any difference between downloading a filein thet night or in the morning.
I didn't expect to reach +80 Mo/s as download speed and +30 Mo/s as upload speed,that's breathtaking.
Even FTP speeds were awesome, +1.5 Mo/s usually :D


Support

SeedBoxes.cc's support is really top notch, as i'm a noob when it comes to seedbox, i asked them lots of questions and answers were always super accurate,they're very kind people.
Moreover you can try to find a solution by looking at their F.A.Q. and their Wiki which are really useful.
If you don't find an answer, simply open a ticket then wait for their answer.
Nothing more to add there, it simply shows this provider care about every detail and wants to make his customers happy :)


GUI/Speed of GUI

I've been using ruTorrent as GUI which is very stable and very responsiveI know i could have used others GUI but since this one was super effective,why'd i change ?

In my case, i paid 13.95 euros and i get :

I use seedboxes.cc and I can say that is really good. Is my first time in a seedbox and I can say I am surprised

I have had a great experience using seedboxes.cc. Very fast download, has barely gone down, and a good price.

I was with Seedboxes.cc for a while but they ended up having some issues (I think they were changing datacenter? plus their support wasn't amazing) and that led to me looking around and finding Feral. Has anyone else here used both?

Seedbox never crashed or get low speed and i always like pushing it to the limits with many torrents active at the same time.

For bat box they said upload traffic 2 TB. Is it only upload traffic or they consider total traffic? I had bad experience with one seedbox company. They also said upload traffic is ... but when time comes they counted total traffic.

Also what happens when you exceed the upload traffic?

Its only Upload traffic . After i exceed it this month i still had 10-15Mbps total upload speed,so i think its really cool.

I have the zombie and after i passed the upload limit, i have the exact opposite. My speeds are crawling. I'm not getting more than 250kb/s. and ftp download is even worse. hmmm

Contact them buddy something is wrong. Even if i could accept this 250kb/s which is still crazy , FTP speed shouldnt be slow cause of upload limit. Maybe server problem ? Try to contact them and i hope to find a solution .

i just did. they said that because i went over the traffic limit. upload is slowed to 2-5mbit. that is wow.
and FTP slowness is because i am using the ftp uplink to download. that sucks ass.
tal0ne offers a 1gbit dedicated with 100TB traffic (2tb storage) for about the same price as the red dragon 1.5 tb package.

I used Bat Box and Red Dragon Box 1700Gb / 18Tb. The max speed i saw: d/l: 100Mb/s (~800Mbits/s) and u/l: 44Mb/s (~352Mbits/s).
I also used Pulsed Media and Feral Hosting before (i quit because i had seeding speed problems).

After one month using the Red Dragon Box 1700Gb, i would say the d/l speed is 50 to 80 Mb/s and the seeding speed 1 to 10Mb/s depending the file size and the tracker. I'm a little bit dissapointed concerning the seeding speed...


I think i will try their dedicated seedbox and let you know...

-> The Red Dragon Box 3Tb is also very good but it don't worth the price in comparison with the Red Dragon Box 1700Gb. The only interesting things are:

- The disk space is bigger
- I uploaded a little more with this seedbox (10.1Tb+)

tal0ne is still one of my preferred options but currently i am just rented a decent box from ovh and doing my own seeding for a fraction of the cost

For anyone who is lured by the "20GBps" line speed, consider this....

20Gbps (Gigabits per second) means a theoretical maximum transfer speed of 2.5GB/s (Gigabytes per second). This speed is at least 10 times the maximum write speed of any mechanical hard drive and 4-5 times that of an SSD. So you, by yourself, will NEVER enjoy the benefits of such a large network transfer speed because no seedbox server has hard drives which support such high transfer rates. In actual fact, on my Seedboxes.cc seedbox, the transfer speed ALMOST NEVER exceeds 40MB/s (and even this speed comes in short bursts); this is still a large speed, but it is no different from the speeds I get with the 100mbit connection that came with my ByteSized-Hosting seedbox, which was cheaper and came with nicer features, such as VNC Remote Desktop, Unmetered Uploads and an excellent Wiki on seedboxes and programming.

The advantage of a 20Gbps line is that you have more bandwidth spread out between users, so your transfer rate will never be capped due to network congestion. It will be capped due to hardware limitations. This is assuming that the seedbox provider does not con you by putting too many users on one line.

If anyone disagrees and can prove me wrong, or has something to add, share your comments.

Hi, which ByteSized seedbox do you recommend, and how much Tb did you upload with it?
I've nearly uploaded 10Tb with The Red Dragon dedi 3Tb and my account ends in 5 days (~84€/month).

I was new to seedboxes til today but tried another site was crap upload then saw this advert on this site tried it was amazed how fast the downloads and uploads were I mean I'm on the bat one and if this is what I have been missing all these years I been leaving my PC on for days to do or ul then I'm glad not only stumbling on this site but seeing seedbox.cc too

You can't go wrong with seedboxes.cc. Great support and plans. Number of features and easy to navigate user panel, most importantly - great speeds!

Very happy with Seedboxes.cc have been with them a couple of years with hardly any problems (at least not at their end).

Choice of clients and other applications to install.

Just had a problem with Sickrage but it was fixed within about 15min of me raising a ticket.
