I have used seedbox.co.cc and it really gives me a good service and a aband for the buck. However the speed tends to very from 5MBS to 20 MBs while sometime but good overall service

wow great upload speed. How do you manage to get such great upload speed. Mine has never exceeded 1MB.

If you use seedboxes.cc it's a common thing to see ultra high upload (and download) speeds.
1MB is just a low basis
At the moment mine is showing 8+ MB/s, seeding just a few old torrents.
In new torrents with many leechers I have seen 60-90 MB/s, to a single torrent!
Check on some fresh, popular torrents with 2-3 seeders and many leechers and you will see the difference

I am using SeedBox.cc but have never seen such high upload. I do download newer torrents but never attain such speeds.

I need to search for those torrents

The best speedtest is this:
Keep refreshing the IPT browse page and when they upload a new/huge/free leech torrent add it on your seedbox.
If it's an XXX torrent you will probably get even better speeds

Thanks TheTrader I tried that but I am not getting those uploads speed. I will need to search for more torrents. Can you recommend one from IPT which helps you attain that speed.

Doesn't matter which one it is, the important thing is downloading it as soon as it gets uploaded. That way you'll be uploading parts of the torrent to as many people as possible. You can try setting up RSS to automate the downloading process but I was having problems with it last time. Doesn't hurt to give it a try though, let me know if you need any help
