    I want to noted in here that pulsedmedia.com was the more than worse services provider in the world. I already pay for seedbox services on 15/07/2013 but until now i haven't received any email regarding seedbox services. They all says seedbox will take 2 days setup but where it is??. Late response from their customer services. Please paying back my money if you cannot meet customer safisfaction.

    Now i pay for the new one company name dediseedbox.com also provide seedbox services but the different is after payment you just wait confirmation email in 5-10 minutes and you will be happy to use their seedbox services.

    To new user interested in finding a good seedbox services please be carefull to what you have to pay.

    why dont u try Helpdesk ticketing (e-mail and customer portal), IRC ????

    I agree.
    I have bought at least 50 different slots so far and NEVER had a problem.

    About their support, it's also fast. Just send an email to sales@pulsedmedia.com

    Finally, about the installation, just keep in mind they are setting up their slots manually, which is much better in my opinion.
    Some of their plans are not available right after the payment, but they are available after some days. In this case, they are mentioning the availability time in their site.

    why do i need to find them? I'm their customer and i already use Helpdesk ticketing (e-mail and customer portal) but no response. They should inform me an accurate time of delivery not quite without anything to say. Why take so long..

    I need help from one of you to deal with this service provider. Maybe they will do it faster after hearing advice from you all.
