The safest way to delete files is via FTP. It's not as easy as to delete files/torrents via the gui (rtorrent etc), but everything is deleted via FTP. I have noticed that when i delete via the guy some files remain on the server and take HDD space, while you can't see those files on the client (rtorrent etc).

he have to do it both ways, deleting trough FTP will delete the files but the torrent will still remain in the GUI and must be deleted as well..(but always stop it first of course)..

I thought I'd post this here instead of a new thread.

I tried PulsedMedia, 1620 GB seedbox for $100/yr. Was good for a few days, then was shut down, no notice.

When I open a support ticket, I'm told they "figured out" I'm EU and not USA, but I didn't pay VAT tax. I am in USA, and only connected from one IP in USA. But Ok, I paid the VAT (all this paid via crypto BTC).

Once I paid the VAT, I can no longer get any response from them, box is dead, never an answer to support ticket or emails.

So I reset all my passkeys...seems certain to me they're scammers who saw an opportunity to steal since I paid in crypto.
