some people NEVER got their money back or a box!!!
some others got services for 2 months and then ...!!
These guys are beyond "bad service" they are borderline crooks
If people could sue those people they would!

but at least now you all know whom NOT TO get involved with !

Your screen shots are quite mis leading as we had offered deluge and rutorrent back in june, so they where taken either before that or along time ago. Also our support area has more departments then just one, if you would of logged in you would of seen a few more that are dedicated to the customers. I don't really understand why you had speed issues unless you used public trackers as we rarely get a complaint because of speed, and would you mind replying to me with your account ID so I can check the dates you put in support tickets and post the dates they had been replied to. Thanks.

I have purchased a seed box from them (order id
3117103950) 48 hrs ago from Biohost. Still I my account is NOT ACTIVATED. Even I have not received any mail from their (except some auto generated mails). I have opened two Support Tickets but still it's same....

They are really into this business? If NOT why they are taking online payments?

Anyone have updates?

Hello i too have been waiting for some time now for my seedbox from biohost.info they should remove the 6 hour setup window because they know well they cant live up to that.

Please believe me BioHost (biohost.info) is just a fraud & cheater, I guess they are not in this business any more. Off course that is their own choice. But, why they are receiving money through their payment gateways??? and then why they are not providing Seedbox Account ?

Even they never feel needs to reply the Support Tickets and mails. Mark Sanders, ceo of biohost (I don't know he is really or not) was replied my post 4 days ago and told me he will take care of my account (check 3 previous post from this post). It's already 7 days over still I have not got my account.

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE BIOHOST TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE SEEDBOX AND LOST THE MONEY FOR SURE.

I would like request to torrentinvites.org, please declare Bio Host as black listed. Before they make fool any more torrent lovers.

Can you please pm us the email address you registered with us? As our seedbox servers have not experienced downtime but some users rTorrent client has crashed on a couple of servers.
