I have been using these guys for a month and I enjoy it. Speeds are good. Max as been 40MBps average is in the 20's on new torrents.
Comes with rtorrent/rutorrent, SABNZBD-SSL, FTP SSL, root access.
They also have dedicated servers. Good prices on those too.
