• I (stupidly) paid up front in advance for a 12 month subscription.
• Forty eight hours later the account is rejecting my password. on the Seed box page, FTP login & Client account web page.
• No email contact, nothing.
• I found a page with a password reset link and used it to at least get a look at my account page.
• It states account "Suspended for overduue payment".
• I doubly checked my credit card account & of course I have indeed been billed for the full amount.
• Whilst still logged I open a support ticket calmy explaining the facts & politely asking reinstatement of my account ASAP.
• No response. Zero.
• Kiss the money goodbye..
  

Fortunately I used a single use C'Card so they cannot keep rebilling fraudulently indefinetly.
