I don't care about the £3 I lost - that's nothing. 1 seedbox was only used for public trackers and the other so a friend could easily download things (and search for torrents via the search function in rutorrent) so I don't have to do it for her anymore. Like I said I have 3 dedicated boxes turned into seedboxes(from non-seedbox companies - OVH, Tuvix & OneProvider) and I'm not a complete newbie. Yes, the price was cheap from this company but the space was small and the previous few months I had used them myself for public trackers all had been working fine - there were no warning signals.

So anyone out there who is using them I advise you to go elsewhere when your next billing month is up unless you want to be spoken to by an obvious teenager who thinks that their system couldn't possibly be wrong despite an extra paypal payment appearing a week after the previous payment and not being able to explain why that was not the payment for the missing seedbox account which dates matched.
