i used it before
in my opinion it's the best one :)
They have good seedboxes,great speeds but not too good customer support.
Great download speed, up to 210 MB/s when seeders exist, but after a short period, the speed drops to 120 MB/s stable for long period, if torrent is huge.
Slow speed on torrent re-check (82 MB/s from my calculation, which means that a 40 GB torrent wil be re-checked in 8.3 minutes).
Slow FTP transfer speed from seedbox to home computer (the first minute can almost max out a gigabit connection with speed from 85-105 MB/s, but after that, speed is somewhere between 14 MB/s and 25 MB/s). Probably some limitations kicks in after the first minute of FTP transfer (I tested with CuteFTP Pro and CrossFTP Ent for Windows). Regarding FTP transfer, it's possible to work faster, but it need to change the route of the transfer and try every option from there, which is like this:
Cogent via 130.117.255.36, using 6.9 out of 20 Gbit/s
Fiber Ring via 87.255.32.229, using 3.1 out of 20 Gbit/s
Fiber Ring via 87.255.32.249, using 3.1 out of 20 Gbit/s
GTT via 77.67.64.81, using 13.0 out of 40 Gbit/s
Level 3 via 213.19.196.233, using 1.0 out of 10 Gbit/s
NTT via 81.20.69.197, using 10.8 out of 40 Gbit/s
NTT via 81.20.64.101, using 10.8 out of 40 Gbit/s
The best I have tried, have used them ever since I got a box from the the first time :)
Every one I know who uses them seems happy but they do not provide root access and that - to me - is fundamental to the seedbox experience

and the problem is the support is playing smart with me ,,

Feral doesn't control upload speeds to it - that is dictated by your ISP so we cannot really do anything about that I'm afraid.
