this post tells what happend to me :


Ok today new day and i still wait for tickek reply from last day... They don't answer...

So this is my complete review now:

First you need to wait more then 48h to get your seedbox, and when you get you get user and pass with what you can't login.

Secound: You will open ticket about that and then you will wait another 48h for answer. Then you will update ticket how you wan't refund and you will then get some answers and real user and pass what realy work.

Next: After 2 days using this seedbox you will find how speed is not 1gb. Real speed is something like your home connection (about 10mbs) but ok it's just for testing...

Then: Your seedbox go down, and you can access to it via webui...Wooohooo after 2 days using it this sh...t is down? WTF

What to do: I have opened another ticket about that but no answer and i have wait 1 day. Now i have again ask for refund coz they can't provide services i have paid for...


Final word from me: DON'T USE THIS SEEDBOX PROVIDER


it shows the same thing which is happening to me right now , i have already open a dispute for the transaction i made with 100tbh , never again to use 100tbh as my seed box provider.

my rating for their service is : support : 2/10
service : after reading all the comments made by my friends i would give 1/10 , as you 'll provide a dedicated server a speed of 10 mb which in unacceptable .


after issuing so many tickets still did not get a reply , i got my seed box details after 22 hours which is ok and acceptable . then the ip they provided me was invalid , when i try to tell these there was no reply from them from this you can identify the quality of their service .

like the other user said : BEWARE SEEDBOX USERS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING 100TBH AS YOUR SEED BOX PROVIDER.
