This isn't true. I have the same plan and public trackers(look on the site) are allowed you just don't seed hardly anything back and then it stops. I agree with you the speeds are great.

I see, yeah I wasn't really sure because as you said, as soon as the torrent finishes the server side client autostops it.

Public tracker speeds are limited to 5 MB/s. The download will show up as red, but it will continue to download.
