Active forums and tickets are answered within a couple hours
Also, lots of access and freedom to do what you want with the box (VNC access, lots of clients)
Full ssh access and their servers seem to be optimized for deluge which they recommend but also offer utorrent, rtorrent and transmission
Servers remain uncapped
They allow downloading from usenet

They don't allow public trackers that always have open sign-up but most all trackers that require an invite are allowed at bytesized
