I have their Barbecue Box and I had some problems at first. Mainly while using deluge, it kept crashing. So I switched to Rutorrent, and No problems with speed, support, or their Gui. But the box or the (gui) does crash maybe once every few days. Hasn't done it in a few days so maybe the problem is fixed.
