this is what I got
Server : 6 people (I paid for 4)
Line : 100 Mbit (I paid for 1000 Mbit)
Memory : less than 1 GB ( I paid for 32 GB shared for 4 users)
HDD : 550 ( I paid for 600 HDD)

They Admitted problems

Then they tell me I wasn't getting 100 Mbit when they admitted they are only giving me 100 Mbit line ( Oh ya Throttle Plugin also installed )
and that I was only one complaining about getting 100 mbit line instead of the 1000 Mbit line ( I figure rest don't know what difference in 100 and 1000 Mbit line anyway LOL esp if you have SCC) you change the rtorrent.rc for unlimited they will keep changing it back to 100 Mbit line as many times as you change it

WebGUI/Rutorrent : 5/10

WebGui and Rutorrent keeps going down (script problems and so forth I think), found out i was only getting 550 HDD when I reached near the 550 mark and rtorrent stopped and gave me error stating that quota HDD was near it's limit (don't have the exact wording)

Support - they answered majority of the questions and all, but it didn't solved all the errors I was getting, blaming me for bad speeds, blaming me for changing or throttling myself to 100 Mbit Line (LOL right LOL) etc ...

Speed Up/Down : 1st 2 days I had 1000 Mbit Line exceeding on well known Trackers over 90 Mbps up and down speed, then for the next 15 days it was throttle to 100 Mbit line and I suspected they added 2 more users

I asked for refund and they took 4 days to process and for less than I expected (but anything is better than none LOL) and they promised I can used server for the remaining days after the refund but soon after refund I got like 2 MB space LOL LOL

after making a review about the SB they ran, they also took away more than 300 GB buffer from the tracker they are running that im a member off

very dishonest people to deal with, find better deals and honest people to work with, not them!
