320 is good enough for me.

Used to collect only VBR, but when I bought a pair of good speakers I immediately switched to lossless. You can hear the difference with the right equipment. FLAC/WAV is the way to go.

FLAC hands down. Need the best quality source to power my Chord Hugo + Noble Audio Kaiser 10s.

WAV, Flac, or Monkeys Audio. Personally can't stand mp3, because it's not a true bit-for-bit representation of the original CD source.

I always try to download the FLAC or lossless, but honestly, my hardware is not even prepared for it. So I end up converting to 320 kbps mp3.

i prefer 320 or FLAC

i usually download my music in 320kbps, and FLAC for my favorite albums
