I have a problem with my laptop sounds ... Hope it is not a hardware problem
But generally i perfere 320KB
As i do not have sound sys

i would say FLAC and Mp3 in 320Kbps as i normally listen to flac on my computer or stereo.. but must MP3 players doesn't support FLAC..

I like 256 (V0,VBR), because the files are pretty small and the quality is very good (as good as 320 kbps).

320 kbps. To be honest I mostly have time to listen to music while travelling to and from work, so quality actually isn`t that important anyway due to noisefrom trains and traffic...
