Organizers for Parklife Festival in Manchester, England, took to social media Wednesday (June 5) to announce that Cardi B would not appear at the event this weekend.

Cardi B was scheduled to headline the Saturday evening of the June 8-9 festival with organizers noting they still “remain super excited for Parklife this weekend.”

“As some of you will have seen, Cardi B was forced to cancel some performances in May,” Parklife said on social media. “The Parklife team have just been notified that Cardi now also needs to pull out of Parklife this weekend. As such there will be some changes to the previously advertised lineup, stage splits and times. We are working on this currently.”

The news follows Cardi B pulling out of her 92Q Spring Bling Festival in Baltimore last month. Live Nation then confirmed that the rapper would no longer be able to perform her May 25 and 26 shows in Syracuse and Saratoga Springs, New York, due to “circumstances beyond her control.” All three of those performances have been rescheduled for September.

Cardi B explained in an Instagram Live post on May 27 that she was postponing all dates after her June 2 Hot 97 Summer Jam appearance due to cosmetic surgery.

“You know, I hate canceling shows because I love money,” Cardi said in the video. “I’m a money addict and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows … like I’m cancelling millions of dollars in shows.”
