Chantel Jeffries to Speak, Curate Signature Soundtrack at 2019 Billboard Live Music Summit

Globally recognized DJ, fashion entrepreneur and celebrity personality Chantel Jeffries will join this year's 2019 Billboard Live Music Summit, Nov. 5-6 at the Montage in Beverly Hills.

Jeffries will sit with Billboard's Chelsea Briggs and discuss her 2019 Chase the Summer tour around her "Chase the Summer" song on Capital Records/UMG and how she engages her 4.4 million followers on Instagrarm by merging the worlds of music, social media and brand power.

The 26-year-old model-turned-music-maker will also develop a signature soundtrack for the Billboard Live Music Summit, curating a distinctive musical experience that taps into Jeffries' deep musical knowledge of everything from Euro-house to dancehall.

Over the past few years, Jeffries has traveled all across the world as part of her whirlwind career as a DJ. Upon returning to L.A., Jeffries began channeling those inspirations into her burgeoning work as a producer -- a process that finds the former math whiz using mathematical sequencing to create her artfully arranged tracks.

Jeffries has had three tracks chart on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic chart and has partnered with Gen-Z style destination, superdown.com via Revolve to create the first celebrity capsule collection. Merging fashion with music, the capsule collection is available to shop via in-video links directly within the music video, making it the first shoppable experience through music videos on YouTube.com. She's also an accomplished performer who recently wrapped a 20+ date residency with Hakkasan group in Las Vegas.

Jeffries will join artists like P!nk, Hootie and the Blowfish, deadmau5 and concert industry luminaries like Coachella co-founder Paul Tollett and Paradigm’s global head of music Marty Diamond at this year’s summit. Set at the Montage in Beverly Hills, the conference features two days of high-level panels, artist interviews and executive Q&As with some of the biggest names in music, comedy and live entertainment.
