Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.

Two companies in particular I have had this problem with and its simply starting to piss me off. I usually just give him/her the benefit of the doubt and assume that the individual I am speaking with might be foreign or something (and thus not have a good a grasp on what things sound like to a native English speaker) but then other times I'm just like..."yeah that guy totally knows he's being a dick right now".

Anyway just had to get that off my chest
Maybe I'm not the only one?
