lol, I have no proof, but this is my first month there and I tried them out with the 100mbit plan, and many times I am getting 80MB/second downloads on private trackers, about 7x that of my supposed 100mbit connection. I am not complaining, getting more than I paid for, but they have a $3/month addon for prioritized QoS. Makes you wonder...
