Yea your seed boxes kind of suck buddy. I used a couple of different ones from you and they crash a lot (lots of members at my site even have/had some and they constantly complained about them crashing as well). To access the interface it takes forever and so does the connection to the ftp. The download speed from ftp server is not the fastest thing in the world and has hardly ever maxed out my internet connection. Why would you put Rutorrent on a shared box that is going to make everything slower when people constantly create/check torrents. The speeds of the box are pretty good (although I wish the ftp speeds were better), and your customer service seems to be quick to respond majority of the time. If you fixed the crashing problems, ftp speeds, and offered some more dedicated servers with unlimited bandwidth (on your 100MB servers) then you would be a better provider. But until you do so I will continue to use xirvik. As of right now I don't allow my members that have your boxes to upload to my site cause the the crashes they have (tired of them complaining to me like there is something I can do about it lol). I hope you get all these problems fixed cause seem to be a pretty good guy. Please don't take this post as a personal attack cause its not. Just putting in my 2 cents.
