usually they suspend your account because you are over your capacity and they send you an email saying it and give you a link to unsuspend it for you to have the time to delete torrents until you below your GB's capacity then they re-actived your seedbox again..

This happens when you go over the provided space limit. Just check your email. You will see a link to unsuspend your seedbox. After clicking that link you have like 20 hrs to delete some files and reduce the size of your files to the given limit or they will suspend it again.
