But would need a higher plan due to limited upload. How about 'disk' speeds? For ex. when you create or seed already owned release of 30GB, how much time approximately it will take?

If you want speeds you need to go limited upload or dedicated server imo. That said, speeds also depends on the peers but in a crowded swarm i usually download at 250MB/s - 300MB/s. I didn't try to seed an owned release but when racing i get nice ratios (3-4 generally during the initial swarm). I've seen peaks of 50-60MB/s (download) and 150-160 MB/s (upload).
My plan is a m-wind with regular hdd so i don't think i can go higher because maybe i am maxing out disk speeds. That's a good think about limited upload, people are not smashing the disk 24/7.

Just to be sure, that speeds are the max i got so in a regular private tracker with few peers, speeds are lower naturally. It's my first seedbox so i don't know if it's the rule or i am just lucky but their servers are crazy fast for the price.

Edit:
FTP max out my home connection 300mbps (36MB/s) . So in my case from my home to the server a 30GB file would take 14 minutes.
