Hi. I just bought seedbox from one of providers. Together with it I got OpenVPN service (.ovpn file).

What's for is OpenVPN? Do I have to use it together with my seedbox? Is it going to hide connection between my home computer and seedbox?

You should because it will hide your local IP address and increase privacy while browsing the internet.

Yes, when you connect between seedbox and OpenVPN config, your local IP will be hidden which is gives you more privacy as i said before.

For who my local IP will be hidden? I use seedbox and OpenVPN service from one provider (the same IP).

Another thing is tunelling all traffic by OpenVPN. May I log to torrent sites with running OpenVPN service? I heard I can be banned because of logging from seedbox (from seedbox IP - the same IP as provided by OpenVPN).
