Can i inform another provider already use pulsed media.I need speed up for upload in chdbits my current server location in netherland data center evo and speed up 200 mb/s but my upload speed very bad for chdbits.

no need a good upload speed actually.. you thinking too much then done a research..
i know you want to pass the CHDbits test on bonus point right.. it's actually need to seed more..
try to get 1GB - 10GB file and seed.. the bonus is depend how many torrent you seed.. not how much you upload it..
most of all seedbox is from euro and US nothing to scare off..
if you want in HK server maybe you might think about the DCMA act..
they have one.. that why all the china tracker move outside of the country right now..
do a research is better then just asking around and done understand anything..

Evo switch can get how much upload speed?

I used bytesized-hosting with Deluge as client for CHD and made 2.5TB upload in one month.
