I been trying to setup my seedbox.cc with my local Sonarr program. Can anyone point me to any instructions, setup guides? I looked at some, but must be missing something.

I almost got it running, but my Rutorrent keeps pausing.

Have a look at this link - HTPC-Sonarr. I think it might be helpful. But if you are already on seedboxes.cc then contact their support for any issues.
