i have seed box from Whatbox 300 MBs 400GB

my speed it so slow any i cant add torrent files if it more the 10 GB

For the 10GB max torrent Prob you are going to have to submit a ticket to your provider. Take a look on the ADVANCED tab in settings, there is a max_file_size setting .....see what that is set to.
As for the speed problem thats easily explained from what i can see in you pic. Three of the torrents are being initilaly seeded .... so you got to put up with the speed that the original seeder can provide. As for the other torrents you are not exactly connected to many peers ...so speed is not going to be great anyway. Dont forget your speed may be hot ....but the peers you are connected to may be on slow connections. There are many other factors such as quality of tracker etc ...to many variables to list.

you need to tweak your bandwidth settings and advanced settings(probably lower values), i will be more than happy to help, but i cannot assure you the speeds as it on your providers end.
