A little bit confused how you have used less of your quota then you have downloaded.

From my understanding.. your usage is calculated as any traffic in or out (uploaded or downloaded), whether it's through your torrent client or through your FTP client. 2TB is plenty for any average user. May seem like common sense, however do not load public torrents on a seedbox.

Can someone explain me what is the meaning of "traffic" here? I have 2 TB limitation. Is it enough for a normal usage in a single month? Please somebody explain
