Last my whole seedbox content wiped. Now they insist I did this. Also all my FTP folders etc has no data but seedbox shows %17 full. And I have 100gb seedbox but empty space shown as 170GB

Since you don't have SSH excess to box so only way that you can wipe box is via ftp (it ask for confirmation before deleting) or seedbox file manager (selecting all file at once is not that common) & other details you are providing clearly showing that their server or any Tech person got messed up & you are now victim of their fault.

For your 17% full & 200 Gb space, it may be that you have been moved to some other server/ VPS without informing you or you are sharing same quota (fixed disk space) with any other user. This happen with many Non-Pro providers.

From now be cautious while adding torrent of any high-level trackers as this may happen again anytime & you may hit HnR.

That's right, I don't add many torrents at one to avoid to get banned from any tracker. There's nothing to do until that Wicked thing expires.

For now you should, add all risky tacker to your Seedboxes.cc & others to wicked box. Since you don't have ssh over wicked box so I can recommend you trans-load.
