I would give seedboxes.cc another chance. Their support system, in my experience anyway, has been very quick, answering my tickets in about 15 minutes both before and after I signed up for a seedbox. Maybe you just caught them at a bad hour?

Also, I'm surprised that your account was suspended in the space of a night. Were you way over your allowed limit? I've been over my limit many times before, never more than a 100GB though, and even if I take my time to rectify the problem (24 hours) I've never had my account suspended.

At the end of the day the decision is up to you, but I wouldn't base my overall experience of seedboxes.cc on those couple of bad incidents. I'm sure they were the anomaly rather than the norm
