Edit: They have a new name running too

- They take too long to answer tickets;
- Once, they deleted all my data and closed all my tickets w/o answer;
- Charged me twice and despite the fact I request the value to be credited to my account they again closed the ticket w/o anwser;
- After half a year I tried to give another shot, again, service not working, no tech support.

PS: they speed used to be good and plex aways worked very well, but doesn't worth it.


I guess I lost another $10, total $25, now I've learned the lesson.

@gantrithor You may want to check out other seedbox providers in the reviews section. Personally, I use seedhost.eu and I'm very satisfied with their service.
