Looking at your requirements and budget i think even if you buy any vps provider services in that range it will have shared 1 GBPS port which will be shared amongst nodes so you may/may not get full 1 GBPS,but if you look at some providers they have 100 MBPS port in your said range and they give you good bandwidth with good storage and if you can slightly add few euros to your budget you can check this services Feralhostings,Oneprovider.com they have 1 GBPS server but again its shared one you wont get promised speed all the time through out your service but naturally better than 100 MBPS port service.
