KS1 is really hard to get, it is almost always sold out.
if you live outside the EU, u can get the VAT removed, but they ask you to send in proof, ie license or something else stating home address. (crap)

the only difference is, its about 5 euros more and the outgoing bw is only 150mbit but the incoming is 1gbit, but its still damn good for the price.
