I recently bought a seedbox at Pulsedmedia (on March 30). Three days have passed and I still dont get the service, how long does it usually takes?

They are setting up their boxes manually. It's takes a little bit longer than other companies, but trust me, it worths it.
Their boxes are fast and stable. They are not adding too many users on their servers...

Thats the reason I hired them, also because is an sponsor here. How many more days do you think I need to wait?

I didnt at first because I couldnt find an email and there was no one on the IRC channel, then I realized where to click to file a complaint.

March 30 was saturday during Easter holidays.
As well as we do not promise to setup during weekends (often do however), it was holidays to begin with.
So only urgent stuff were being handled especially on that day, had to give staff some free time and i was myself in a big PR event.
