I have downloaded all seasons of a series with different torrent files. Means they are in different folders lets think total 5 folders. Now i want to make a torrent file with all those folders. Is it possible to do in my seedbox.
I have root acces to it.

yes you can put all of them under one folder and create torrent for that one folder.

If you want to change folder names you can change them in qbittorrent/deluge too so it will continue seeding. i'm not sure about rutorrent/rtorrent.(this is easy way)

If you cant change folder name from torrent client than you can use hardlink.(this is hard way)
