hi can anyone tell me if feral hosting is down at the mo as been having trouble trying to get on my seedbox for past 6 hours so dont know if its just me or if there is a problem there end...

EDITED: I just checked their IRC and it's working.

irc is that the chat room as didnt know they had one, do u have a seedbox with them

Yes they do have irc. Check here: https://www.feralhosting.com/heron/about/ You can either directly use Mibbit or any irc client.

I used to have the burst reloaded for 1 night LOL!!! I didn't like it. Especially the support.

Feral Hosting seem to have gone down and I cannot game contact with my seed box. The explanation they gave me is as follows
"There is currently a problem with OVH's (one of our providers) billing system meaning a number of servers cannot be renewed. We are trying desperately to get them to look into this. We currently have no ETA for when exactly the issue will be resolved. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly to compensate for downtime. "

I hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.

LAMO that thier way of saying....opps we dont have enough money to pay for the servers

I just paid for 11 servers today, and 8 yesterday using the ovh billing system with no problems at all.

OVH works like this.

You have untill just past midnight on the date due before they suspend the server ( at this point you can not access the server )
You then have a further 5-7 days to pay, and if you do the server will come back online within about 30 mins with all data and sites etc as they were before.
If you fail to pay within the above period the box will be taken back and resold to someone else. at this point there is no getting it or the data back.
