The reason why I ask this is I want to know what's amount of features does each provide you ? Like can I log in and install my own applications in it ? Will it be like logging in using Windows Remote Desktop or something ? Can I install any Win 32 application in it to do custom upload/download jobs ?

Like if I want to say download some files from CHDbits, and then continue seeding that, but also then upload the downloaded files onto Rapidshare, etc .. For this would I need a seedbox or a VPS ?

Any tutorial on such things meant for n00bs would be really appreciated ..
Seedboxes are usually not run on virtual platform (but there providers who run seedbox on vps) where usually only hard disk is limited, while vps is jailed platform with limited resources like ram,CPU and HDD.

If you need to install your own software's on servers and if you are n00b for linux, you should look into providers where you can go for windows vps and install all necessary software's you want (assuming that they provide admin access for installtion)

there are providers who have enabled rapidleech with seedbox ( you should dig a bit for right provider).
hope this helps

if you are looking for seedbox ( but we do not have rapidleech with our seedbox , but with our rb-3 plan we provide VNC (its a gui to linux desktop something similar to rdp with ftp client and web-browser installed).
http://www.chociz.com (we do not provide SSH so i am not sure if this would help, but if you are in for real torrenting ,you could give it a go)
