As far as i know all trackers allow seedboxes. Some trackers just don't allow to register/login behind a seedbox (or a proxy/vpn) IP. In any case you better read carefully each tracker's FAQs and Rules to find out the DOs and DONTs

most of trackers allow vpn and seedbox,
some chinese trackers only allow dedicated seedbox not shared, some allow both and some even do not allow seedbox,

desitorrents is indian tracker, as per my knowledge they allow seedbox,
but getting good ratio with seeding is very difficult on indian or bangladeshi trackers, including this one, as there are 2-3 leechers mostly,
