you have to do it 2 ways..

1- you stop all your seeding/whatever in your GUI, then once everything is stopped, you just delete/data large chunks of torrents.. once this is done 2- you access your seedbox by a ftp client with he informations given to you by your seedbox provider and you go where all your d/ls or completed dowloads are located and see if anything left you just delete no problem then you have exactly like it was when you first got it (the seedbox)
