First, make sure you review seedboxes before you make a decision. I personally use and have recommend this one in the past http://seedboxgui.de/

Second - as ZeroSum said you can search the forums here and ask the OPs. Another option is to contact the sales teams at the seedboxes. They are generally very helpful. Most of the seedbox companies out there offer a money back guarantee, but be sure to read the fine print first. Some will require you to notify them before you actually use the service, that is to say; the service is free and you wont be charged unless you download something.

Another option is to use it for one month on the lowest tier possible. There a lot of seedbox companies that have 5 - 10 dollar (USD/EUR) for one month. Now I understand
trying a bunch of different seedboxes will not be ideal, but if you read the reviews of some out there you can't go wrong. One of the favorites here is Seedboxes.cc and I am a customer of theirs, and I will say that their prices are great and if you were to try it for one month, Im betting you will be happy with your service. But there are other fish in the sea.
