usually, for home PC, 'connectable' means that you forwarded ports correctly (NAT) and your provider hasn't put you behind CGNAT.
dunno about seedbox, but, given their function, ports should be 'open' so they should be connectable.
I guess I'm still comparing a Seedbox to my Home PC, which most Trackers wants their users to be "connectable" using
Port forwarding so that as many Pers are connected during Seeding. How is this apply to seedbox?
