There are many providers out there that offer various seedbox services which then boils down to which one you prefer to use / pay for. I'm sure you will get lots of different opinions from people on which one is best, cheapest, reliable etc but ultimately it's going to be your decision on who you go for.

I, like you, was in a position where I wanted to use a seedbox but didn't know what provider to use so instead after some research I decided to go down the route of obtaining a 1TB dedicated server over a 6 month term from OVH. I then installed the seedbox manually (it's not too difficult to do and there are guides on how to install them)

I share the server costs with one other person who I know personally and works out that we pay £9 per month to have a 450GB seedbox each (allowing 100GB for the OS on the server)

As for how to use the seedbox, the chances are if you get one you'll be using something called rutorrent which looks and feels very similar to the uTorrent client.
