Even though they say it's only for download and that you can't upload, in truth, it's your own bandwidth, so you can do as you please. I upload quite a lot to to public trackers.

Well, I've been uploading quite a lot to public trackers too, feels a bit shady tho. They do say they won't monitor your account so I guess it should be fine
