to download files to your pc you can use any FTP program
or from the welcome page from your pulsed media, press this link
access Data directory directly for HTTP downloads
and download using IDM,this is the fastest way and I use it
And when downloading from seedbox to my PC , it will only download at the speed I get from my ISP right ? Can I pause the download in the middle ?
And what is the limit thing that is showing in the seedbox ? http://prntscr.com/4jabd9

    Edit :
    Downloading this : http://prntscr.com/4jad4a
    getting only 1.9 MB/s but I should get 100 MB/s right ?

yes you will download depending on your ISP speed,if you used IDM or FTP to download files to your PC you can resume downloads as files are still in your seedbox
as far as I know, pulsedmedia boxes has no traffic limits

I started downloading using IDM but there was no pause option. I had to cancel it coz it was showing more than 6 hrs of download. I wanna know that is there a way to pause the download from seedbox to PC and then resume it ?

100Mbps mean (100 mega bits per second ) and when converted to bytes it will be roughly divide by 10 ie approx 10 MB/s. Hope you got it .

Yes I realized it later that it is divided by 8 , so 100/8 , hence 12.5
