Your upload speed depends on the torrent you are downloading.
You have just picked an old torrent and nobody is downloading it in order to hit good uploading speeds.
Just download THE LATEST torrent that uploaded on the tracker and you will get better speeds

I have tried to download those torrents and its not giving me good upload speeds either.
