Automatic setups are prone to problems as well, say a user opens a ticket and says "Hey, I'm going to be 2 days late" Sure that's fine but the automatic set up/removal system may not see this unless it is VERY detailed in it's coding WHICH is what I'm looking to get done, we have somewhat of a automatic setup script coded but there is alot more that needs to be added, also we may have rutorrent and deluge via automatic setup soon depending on how things run here but overall my staff likes doing person to person setups, for people who order the wrong account it gives us a chance to catch it.

Basically his account was SETUP within the six hours and he never bothered to check his account or his spam email for it, sometimes the email will goto spam cause it obtains IP addresses (which sometimes get automatically marked for spam) or he could of logged into his billing account and went to his "my emails" tab and found it there. This user also paid by an e-Check and begged to be setup before it cleared which we did for him and once we did he canceled it, everything my staff member said was fair, he never insulted the guy at all he did joke a little bit cause this was just crazy the complaint over what he did. As well, a few of my employee's do work for paypals international offices in there spare time so he was just speaking the truth and offering to help him.
