pulsed media is the better of the two.

have u looked at whatbox.ca or feralhosting?

I recommend seedmybox.com Best seedbox I have used so far.

But if you only want one of the two above I would recommend pulsed media.

ive tried to get whatbox.ca but they are out.

try xivirik. best in my openion.
